Urban Outiftters Summer Dress

Wore this for a summer a few years back, love the fit very stretchy and comfortable. The design around the waist makes me more than just a plain black dress! Size Small but also fits like a medium I miss wear this and unfortunately it does not fit me anymore. Bought from Urban Outfitters years back, would love this to make someone comfy on their summer nights/days About mid-thigh high and doesn’t fly up when it’s windy
