Urban decay…. Make up. Never used. Could be lipsil or eyeshadow?

Posted a video and my confused look says it all. Don’t know what it is nor have I used it. I put it on my hand, soft a tad gritty. May be eye sparkles? I’m the best sales lady on this app. Lol
