Urban outfitters iridescent mini purse shoulder or crossbody bag

Cutest little mermaid-y purse from urban outfitters. Iridescent greenish/purplish metallic. Enough space for cards, lipstick etc - I don’t think it would fit a phone, though. Bought years ago but has been just sitting in my closet - I genuinely cannot explain the markings to the inner lining, I think they may be due to the metal. Has never been used once.
