Good preowned condition, blue, stretchy, 'everyday' jersey pull-on pencil skirt by Ureshii. Also selling this skirt in black, however, this one is slightly longer. Hand sewn in P.E.I. Canada, this skirt is full of style and class. Could also fit a smaller person for a more loose fit. Listed on their site as a pencil skirt, but it seems slightly flared to me.
