Super cute utility pants from blue notes! New with tags! Quite stretchy and very nice on. Says it is super high rise. It’s just too big on me otherwise it’s such a great piece. Stretchy waistband. Front has a hidden zipper and two buttons. Belt loops. 4 pockets in total. Cuffed at the bottom of pant but can be uncuffed if preferred. Waist is very stretchy and 13 inches, can stretch to 15 inches Rise is 11.5 inches Length is 36 inches when cuffed, 39 inches when uncuffed at bottom
