V. 3-Strand MCM Beaded Statement Necklace

This vintage necklace has 3 strands and an adjustable hook closure made of a gold tone metal, stamped HONG KONG on the back of the hook. The strands are strung with a variety of bead types and shapes, and the beads graduate from front to back on all 3 strands. The beads include blue and black art glass, purple metallic pearlescent spheres, green bicones, and gold tone metal filigree-style accents. There are also small spacer beads between each of the larger beads. There is normal wear, like tone loss/darkening in the metal, but no issues affecting wearability. This piece is a beautiful example of MCM Hong Kong costume jewellery, and is a great addition to any collection.
