V. Carved Bone Beaded Necklace

This vintage necklace is beaded and has a toggle clasp made of a silver tone metal. The necklace is strung with beads made of 2 materials: bone and a silver tone metal. There are 5 metal beads, all of which are shaped like little elephants. The rest of the beads are made of bone. The darker beads are dyed (and carved after dying). This style is consistent with pieces made in India, Nepal, and Africa, but I'm unable to confirm exactly where this piece comes from. The necklace has normal wear, including tone darkening in the metal elephants and the metal clasp, as well as a yellowing in the bone beads, but no issues affecting wearability.
