V. JJ Pewter Dog Drinking From Toilet Brooch

This vintage brooch by JJ (Jonette Jewelry) is made of pewter and has a modern locking c pin closure. The brooch depicts a spotted dog with a rhinestone collar drinking from a toilet. I've seen similar brooches with similar dogs, but none with spots and none with collars. There is normal wear, including tone darkening on the back, a missing rhinestone, and a bend in the pin, but no issues affecting wearability.
