V. Lourdes Metallic Beaded "Eau de Lourdes" Rosary

This vintage rosary by Lourdes is made of a silver tone metal and has dark copper tone metallic beads. The front of the cross has many small details, and the back is flat and smooth. The centerpiece has a small, delicately designed image on the front that I can't decipher properly. The back is marked "Eau de Lourdes" and originally contained water from "a spring in the Grotto of Massabielle in the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, France" (according to Google), though it now appears to be empty.
