V. Metal Ring Cut Out Brooch

This vintage brooch is made of a gold tone metal and has a modern locking c pin closure. The brooch is shaped like a circle that is slight convex and has the center of it cut out. The back of the ring is smooth and shiny, while the front has a series of small lines making circles all the way around it. Pic 2 is brightened a little to show the metal.
