V Neck floral dress with beautiful sleeves Sz S

This dress is so pretty . Blue with Peach Floral design . Ruffle on 3/4 sleeve . Tiny hitch lower down on front of dress . Not noticeable when on . I would 100% still wear it but sadly it doesn’t fit . If it didn’t have the tiny hitch I could of described it as perfect . Low Price reflexs this .
