V. Tight Coil Stretch Bracelet

This vintage bracelet is made of a gold tone metal and stretches rather than having an opening. The bracelet has a fairly solid appearance, but is actually a very tightly coiled strand that has a big stretch and snaps back to shape well. There is a small circle on the interior (see pic 4) but I'm not sure what might have been there. I've seen band bracelets like this before that were sleeve guards accented by faux pearls, but this piece doesn't have a partner (or faux pearls). It could, however, still be used to guard one sleeve, if you like. There is normal wear, most visible as tone darkening in the metal.
