V. Yellow Faux Leather Metal Front Belt

This vintage belt is made of a yellow faux leather and has a front section and buckle made of a gold tone metal. The front piece is oval-shaped and rounded with a wavy texture. The "lower" sections of the wave are filled with yellow enamel stripes, leaving the "higher" sections with a metal appearance. The belt length can be adjusted on the underside (pic 5). I wasn't able to find any stamps or branding, and there isn't much info about this piece online. There is normal wear throughout, but it is most visible as the dark streak running through the yellow belt section. I'm not sure if this is something that can come out or if it's more worthwhile to replace the belt section and keep the buckle. Please see the pictures to see the level of wear.
