VAN LAACK Airline Shirt Men's XL/XXL Navy Striped Lounge Sweater in Pouch

This is a fabric pouch with a Van Laack men's top inside. Size XL/XXL. It has not been opened. The tag says it's a sweater top. The corner of the pouch shows a striped fabric inside. Kind of a mystery bag as not sure what it looks like...does it have buttons, is it a pullover, long sleeves?? Not sure what airline...Lufthansa carried these for their Business Class customers so I'm assuming it's from Lufthansa.
