This loungewear caftan robe or dress is a popover style by Vanity Fair. It is a rich burgundy colour with a cable pattern on it. You could wear this for lounging at home, as a bathing suit coverup or even as a dress with the right accessories. The fabric is velour-like, but it is a lighter weight, and is 100% polyester.
