VELVET HEART Skirt

This is from my personal closet. Like new. No longer fits me. It is such a lovely piece on. I took the fabric tag out because it was bothering me. The fabric is a silky rayon (I think). It is heavy weight so it looks rich on the body. It is elastic at the waist for easy on/off. Also, it has a slit at the front to step up the style and add some sex appeal. LOVE this skirt. MEASUREMENTS: waist = 16 inches hip = 22 inches length = 34 inches front slit = 16.5 inches
