VENUS Black Form Fittng Dress Size XL Fits Medium NEW NWOT

Note on size. Though the tag is XL, the measurements reflect a much smaller size, more like Medium So I a placing this in the Medium category, but please go by the measruements provide below: The bust is 39 inches, The waist is 30 inches The length is 42 inches. The dress has some rouching to enhance the fit. It fits very close to the body The fabric (95% rayon and 5% spandex) is soft and stretchy. The dress came in a sealed bag (original packaging) However, I had to remove the dress from the sealed bag in order to measure it and read the fabric content tag. So it is brand new and will come with its original packaging (although unsealed) but did not come with tags to begin with.
