Purchased the outfit in pic 1 and never wore it..i have the white 3/4sleeve top as well if interested . The fringe skirt can be worn with or without the geometric beaded belt. Belt is stretchy with a wooden closure- turqoise, black and silver beads. Really pretty on xx I do reside in a smoking environment (cigs only)therefore if this is a concern to you then please feel free to shop other poshers closets ❤

1651shan @jmifsud76 no problem girl 😍 I did the measurements just now.so both the skirt and belt are 13 " across laying flat but the skirt can stretch to about 16" ( the band at top is elastic) and the belt even more 😉.the skirt can be worn with or without the belt.hope that helps a bit..any more questions xx don't hesitate

1651shan @stephanienea569 hey there yes it is stretch and so is the belt . it's a stretch cotton spandex I believe- don't have it in front of me right now but I know that even the waist band stretches ...let me know if you need anything else xx
