Unisex. Waist from side seam to side seam without drawstring pulled is 21” pulled can go as small as 11” from side seam to side seam. Size inside says XL but is very adjustable. Leg from outside waist to bottom hem 30” inside seam from crotch to bottom hem is 19” bottom leg hem is 8” wide.
