VINCE pleated polka dot midi dress with spaghetti straps. This flowy dress is so versatile, it can be worn year round as a layer piece with chunky knit over top , turtleneck underneath or by itself in the summer . Looks great with boots and blazer too.

Very good pre loved condition.
spaghetti belt that came with the dress is missing . Bearly visible snag flaw on the skirt part( see pictures).
Keep in mind that pleated style dresses are quite flexible size wise in the hips.
