Adorable rust brown floral print flare dress with collar! This dress is handmade with love in synthetic fabric. The collar has hook and eye fasteners. Normally I’d suggest that this could fit a variety of sizes but the small size of the collar and arm holes leads me to believe it would best fit a small. Collar: 16” Length: 41”
