VINTAGE 1970s Women's Long Leather Tie Waist Dress Coat Tan Camel Sz. M

Exquisite women's long natural leather dress coat with a drop tie waist, four side slit pockets, two upper and two on the skirt portion, long pointed collar, bottom portion of buttons have a storm flap. Coat is by Suburban Heritage in a size medium. Vintage size tag does read 12 but given measurements it would work for a small to medium. Very fine vintage condition coat lining has been steamed and leather conditioned. There is a mend on bottom right hem line of lining, see last pic. Please review measurements; armpit to armpit 20", length 46.5", sleeves 24", shoulders 16.5" across, waistband 17" across.
