VINTAGE 1980s homemade floral dress size medium

A very well made homemade dress from the 1980s. There are no size nor fabric tags, however, the fabric is most certainly polyester. It is soft and satiny and wrinkle resistant. The dress features shoulder pads (cause 1980s!), a lace collar typical of that era and an elastic waist and wide belt. The short sleeves are dolman and the skirt is pleated. The belt buckles were fabric and were cut but the belt can be held in place by the buckle. I also found some slight pilling around the waist as shown. I can't see this wear under artificial light, the only reason I saw it was because I was taking pictures in sunlight. So it's quite minimal and hard to see. The person who made the dress (and owned it) wrote her name in marker inside the back collar. It's not visible from the outside and I was not able to remove it. The flat measurements in inches suggest this dress is either a medium or a large: Armpit 2 armpit seams: 23 (they are dolman so this would best suit someone with a bust size of 20 or less) Waist: 14 (I was able to stretch it out to 21) Hips: 27 Length: 40 Length of belt: 47 Colour of item may vary slightly from pics due to differences in device screens and lighting. I reuse packaging as much as possible in order to reduce waste.
