VINTAGE 1990s button up boho grunge alt rock skirt maxi midi tiger punk

This is a holy grail, versatile and quality vintage piece. The tag says petite 12, but since vintage sizing runs small. Maxi length on petite height and might be midi length if you’re taller. Fully lined, gorgeous flow to the fabric. Could be styles like phoebe from friends, or as more of a grunge type look with a black tank, band tee and doc martens. It doesn’t fit me but still super hard to let go of this one. Length is approx 32 inches, waist is around 15.5 inches laid flat, and has maybe 3/4 to one inch of stretch
