VINTAGE 40s long sleeve black Georgetown dress smocked, beaded

A unique hand sewn couture dress with embroidered sleeves, smocking at shoulder and bust line. Self belt with snap closure. Coveted buttons at wrist and back. Snap closures at side. Please note one button missing on each sleeve and one button missing at back. Waist 34" but belt csn pull it in.
