VINTAGE 80s designer Louis Feraud dress. Black cotton velvet with blue flower detail at neckline. Shoulder pads, pointed v-sleeves with zippers, back zip closure, satin lining. Excellent condition with no flaws noted. Vintage tag size 16 but can fit anywhere from M-XL (mannequin is size 6, model is size 8-10) and is large enough to alter/tailor as you desire. Measured flat: 16.5" across shoulders, 10" arm opening at shoulder, 22" sleeve, 21" pit to pit, 21" across waist, 23" across hips, 21" across bottom hem, 7" back slit, 45" length from shoulder to hem.
