VINTAGE 80s Puff Sleeve Polka Dot Wiggle Dress M

Vintage 80s black and white polka dot cocktail wiggle dress. Puff sleeves lined with tulle net for volume, elasticized at shoulder and arm opening, can be worn on or off the shoulders. Scalloped neckline front and back, tailored seams, corset boning in front and back from waist to bust, kick pleat at skirt back, satin lining. Size and fabric tags removed but appears to be grosgrain. Made by Nu-Mode Toronto. Excellent condition with no flaws to note. Will best fit a modern size M (8-10) - please refer to measurements. Flat lay dimensions: 19" pit to pit (36-38" bust, will accommodate a fuller chest due to tailoring), 16" across waist (max 30" waist), 20" across hips, 6.5" back slit, 36" length from shoulder to bottom hem.
