VINTAGE 80's Sandra Pabst ribbon embellished 2pc suit, 10/10 shape, rare and unique, soft slight padded shoulder, lined with satin in jacket, white skirt lining is cut in triangular shape in order to have 'see thru ' effect from ribbon detailing. zip back in skirt w/button. jacket is double breasted with 4 plastic goldtone buttons in coordinating colours, 2 front pockets on jacket that are still factory stitched closed. triangular ribbon accent on reverse of jacket is 'see thru' . the lapels on the jacket have a notched detail at shoulder. cuffs are adorned with coordinating plastic/goldtone buttons. p2p for jacket is 19" and length is 29" skirt is 14" side to side flat, fabric has no stretch. materials tag is still on jacket but very faded, and has an extra button sewn to it, I didn't want to remove the button to flatten tag in order to read, but I feel the suit is a linen or rayon blend, the ribbons look very high quality and are intricately braided/woven together on black threads on the inner side, not seen from outside . the colours of the ribbons are blue, purple, violet, fuschia, red, orange, yellow, white, pink it's truly a unique and, now, pretty much one of a kind suit. it's tough to tell, but I'm thinking the suit itself is navy blue.
