Peter pan collar, back cut out hook and loop closure, snap closure cuffs, pleat front blouse, elasticized waist with tie belt, full skirt. Will fit a size S to M; measured flat: 16" across shoulders, 18" pit to pit, 9.5" arm opening at sleeve, 26" sleeve, 11" - 14" across waist (stretches), 23" across hips, 48" length from shoulder to bottom hem, 70" x 3" belt (detached).
