VINTAGE 90S ROOTS CROSSBODY LEATHER SADDLE BAG

This vintage Roots Saddle bag was designed and handcrafted in Toronto, Canada. It is one of the original bag designs from Roots. There have been several versions of the saddle bag over the years. The earliest version in the 70s and 80s is a smaller bag that does not extend above the front pouch. In the 90s the saddle bag became larger and extended upwards beyond the front pouch. But, the 90s version does not have a zipper on the front of the bag, the zipper is located at the top. The bags with the zipper at the front are more recent bags. This bag is in amazing shape for its age. The leather is so soft. The straps of the bag are in great condition as well. It comes with an adjustible cross body strap. Measurements: Width 9.5" Height 10" Note: - The beaver purse tag has separated due to age. -There are two small white marks on the back of the bag. - There is a small amount of wear on the leather piping at the bottom of the bag.
