VINTAGE 90's Midi Dress with Buttons

Vintage sage green dress with small shoulder pads, buttons on the skirt, and a belt tie. It is super comfortable and in great condition for it's age! NO tears, stains, rips, holes, missing buttons, or loose threads. I've dated this dress to the 1990's, based on the tag and CA number (see photos). It was made in Canada (most likely Montréal, Québec). The brand is "Emi Elle".
