sabberzzz @1234justine1234 Hey thanks for your interest. I would say that it's a roomier large. It's kind of hard to measure the waist and hips as it would fall differently depending on your body type. When measuring flat and where the belt is, its approx 24 inches. The belt is adjustable and can accommodate to different body types! It is lined but I'm unsure specifically what material it is so please refer to the material tag in the photos.

sabberzzz @1234justine1234 Lastly, I'm not sure if it's made for women or men but I would say that its gender neutral. A rather versatile trench that will not go out of style whether it's for men or women!
