VINTAGE Aquascutum Cashmere Wool Coat/ Overcoat — 40/Medium/Large Made in Canada

A beautiful vintage navy overcoat. Made in Canada for Aquascutum of London. Classic single breasted style. A wardrobe staple in a luxurious cashmere wool dark navy fabric. The cashmere is plush, thick and spongy, making for a luxuriously warm and substantial coat.. The colour appears a tad washed out in some of the outside photos, making the coat look faded, but it is in fact completely dark and unfaded throughout. Comes in a classic below the knee length. 3 button closure with a hidden placket. One smaller inner pocket at chest and a bigger one below the waist for gloves or larger items. Features a notch lapel and flap pockets at the waist. In excellent vintage condition. No holes, smells or any of the issues that typically accompany a garment of this vintage. Stated size 40 Regular. Would work for a Medium/ slim Large depending on how much you wanted to layer underneath. Please go by the measurements. The approximate measurements, all hand-measured by me, are as follows: Shoulder to shoulder: 19.25 inches Pit to pit: 23 inches Sleeve length: 26 inches Length measured from bottom of collar to base of jacket : 47 inches
