Vintage 70s/80s Quilted Colourblock Bomber Jacket.
Great condition!! Some details: the polyester insulation is still good and not matted down, ribbed cuff to keep snow and cold out, and high neck can zip up to cover the chin or fold down for a collar.
It likely had snow pants to match and I wish I had them 🥲
Sized as “ladies 12” which I find fits me as a small similar to a cropped bomber.

@cl28 hello! It’s tough to say because it is vintage. However it’s too hot for me to wear during Vancouver city winters! I usually wore it open like a bomber jacket.
It was originally part of a two piece snow suit so I would assume 0°- 10°
