VINTAGE BURGUNDY VELVET TOP

This vintage peice was purchased many moons ago at the original Mendocino shop, which contained very unique and exceptionally well-made clothes. This can be worn like a dress over tights, leggings, or maybe skinny pants? Or like a dress with some lace peaking and over the knee boot, or even combat boots. The tag says medium, I would say, a large medium. I considered having it tailored to fit me today...but decided to let it go. All reasonable offers considered. :)
