I took these measurements laying flat:
Bust (pit to pit) 16in; with the elastic can be extended an extra ~2.5in
Waist 12in; with the elastic can be extended an extra ~2.5in
Hips (measured where the pockets are) 20in with the pleats fully expanded
I am a US Medium/US8 and this fit me okay, but it would probably fit a US6 a bit more comfortably.
