Conc aled zipper along the back up until the skirt, shoulder pads (can easily be removed if you want), full skirt. really fun and unique dress! made in California, USA. Label says size 3/4 I would say best fits size small or maybe small medium. please see measurements of mannequin below for an idea of fit.
