This Vintage Navy Crochet Shrug /Pull Over with fantastic fringe and mandala pattern is the real deal! It hasn’t bean manufactured to look like something from the 60’s or 70’s it was made in the time period. Likely cotton or acrylic.. but I am guessing cotton as that is the feel and it’s what a lot of crochet is made out of. Either way it’s a hand wash only! Lay flat to dry and reshape as needed. As a fibre artist my self ((no seriously 😒 I have my fine arts degree and that was my 4th yr hon project)) So as I was saying if you come across any little bobbles on this or any other knit, crochet or lace piece. Please 🙏 don’t cut it. Especially if it just looks like a little tail with a knot… Tuck it inwards to the other side and either find the nearest needle nerd like me or, your grandma etc or check your local library or city park and rec group for knitting group. Likely they might have someone to repair your favourite vintage items ( u should always offer to pay at fair price for their skills) okay little rant on care and wear over.
