VINTAGE Chic Black Wool Dress with Mink Fur Cuffs sz 12

A real gem from 60's era! Vintage wool and mink dress made by a William A. Miller, Reading Pennsylvania. Other than label, there are no content tags, so I had a professional designer/seamstress/costume designer inspect and their feedback is definitely reel fur, maybe a wool blend. Wool is lightweight and not scratchy, no lining. Sweetheart neckline with 3 covered buttons Long back zipper, top clasp eyelet is missing. Higher empire style waist 15.5" flat Shoulders seam to seam 15" Hip: 18" Length: 39" shoulder to hem Bottom hem fullness flat 23" Sleeves: 5.5" at widest to 4" at fur cuff. Shown on a size 10/12 mannequin. No flaws discovered on inspection and styling other than missing eyelet hole (hook still there).
