VINTAGE Christmas Sweater with Embroidery and Beading Details

No size tags or fabric details but I suspect it is a cotton/rami. See measurements below for best fit. In very good preloved vintage condition; some minor beading has come loose and some of the tiny bows are a bit misshapen (see photos). Approx flat lay measurements: Ptp 22-24” Length 23.5”
