Gorgeous 100% Virgin Wool Pencil Skirt, Highwaisted but you could wear it on your hips as well, would fit a ladies Medium/Large depending on if wearing it on hips or waist. Thick knit beautiful quality & in amazing condition. Striking deep cobalt blue colour, with 2 cobalt blue leather belt straps with button accents on front. Zipper on the back with button closure. Wool skirt itself does not stretch however there is elastic sewn in both sides of the waist band which you can see in the photographs. Perfect winter wardrobe staple! Waist measures 32” relaxed, however would give a few more inches with the elastic in the waistband. Length of skirt is 25.5”
