VINTAGE Collared Dress

Vintage dress in a black and white chevron print with a large white collar. Comes with shoulder pads, but they are easy to cut out if you like. There's an elastic waist band and elastics at the bottom of the sleeves as well. Size on the tag is US14. But fits like a size large. Bust: 38" Waist: 34" Length:44" Preloved, excellent condition.
