Button-front faux wrap style dress (skirt is stitched closed at front seam) belted, with gold-tone metal buckle. 3/4 length dolman sleeves and blousy fit. Waist measures 19" laid flat, hips 23". 45" long through the centre back, skirt measures 28" long from back waist. Pretty hibiscus floral print pops on the bright jewel tone blue, perfect light summer fit! Union-made in Canada; tag includes spare button.
