Vintage green and black all over pattern blouse is by Devonshire Cream. Round neck, slips over the head and does up with a button at the back. Long sleeves and shoulder pads. Small side slits. Longer length blouse. Wear it untucked, with a French tuck or belted. 100% rayon, wash in cold, hang to dry. Tag size 14, this is a vintage piece so sizing is smaller.
