VINTAGE: Dress and crop jacket

Brand is Nu-Mode made in Toronto, ON, 1980s. Velvet and sequin design, mint condition, only worn twice. Jacket is cropped in length with lovely shoulder pads, dress is mid calf length and features very unique cascading straps.
