VINTAGE Electric Blue Dress

NOTE: the photos came out a bit distorted (there are no flaws with the pleats!)...Gorgeous, knife-pleated dress - perfect for summer or winter vacations! It's super comfortable with adjustable shoulder straps. I'm not sure of the material composition, but it seems like a cotton/polyester jersey with a bit of stretch. -26" skirt length from waist to hem -10" from neckline to waist (adjustable straps) -15" across the waist -16" armpit to armpit -separate sash for tying around waist -excellent condition
