VINTAGE Empoli optic panel red cadmium glow balloon vase/snifter 9" tall

Absolutely beautiful vintage Empoli optic panel balloon vase/snifter. Cadmium glow under black light around top rim. 9" tall and approximately 6" across at widest part. Handblown with pontil scar on base (see last 2 photos). A few bubble inclusions which were difficult to capture in the photos. Please note: Photos are considered to form part of the description.
