Vintage F.B. Rogers Silver Co. silver plate shrimp cocktail clamshell serving footed dish with small red glass insert for sauce and 2 holders.  Also could be used for appetizers, chips and dips.  Marked "Trademark 1883, F.B. Rogers Silver Co., 1828".  I was given this as a wedding gift 40 years ago from a family friend who was an American antique collector who always had unique and stunning pieces.
