VINTAGE Fairweather Slip Dress with Scoop Back

This dress is pure 90's goodness! Black with large-scale red flowers, stretchy elastic shoulder straps and a dramatic scoop back (with a strap across the back to hold things in place), this dress would be a standout for evening with heels and big jewelery, or for daytime with a tight tee and chunky boots. The dress is unlined but opaque, and a side slit in the skirt makes it comfortable to wear. Don't pass this one up!! Fabric content and size tag have been removed, but feels like polyester with a bit of spandex or elastane for stretch. Armpit to Armpit (measured flat): 15.5 in Waist (measured flat): 14.5 in Hem (measured flat): 17.5 in Shoulder to hem: 57 in Excellent used condition.
