VINTAGE Floral Mini Dress

Amazing vintage minidress. Pink roses on a dark background. Short sleeves with lapels but a baggy sleeve so more of a batwing look on top. Cinched waist (elastic in the back) with a pencil skirt bottom. Truly one of a kind! Marked as a size 8 but it fits around a size 4 in today’s sizing. Incredible buttons!
